1. Warranty Coverage

All bags purchased from Kryvexoren are covered by a 30-day quality assurance warranty starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty stitching or workmanship
  • Defective zippers, clasps, straps, handles, or hardware under normal use
  • Material defects that affect the functionality of the product
  • Items received with production-related damage
  • Structural defects that occur during normal intended use

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from everyday use
  • Scratches, scuffs, stains, discoloration, or fading caused by regular use
  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper storage, or neglect
  • Damage caused by exposure to water, chemicals, cosmetics, or excessive heat
  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
  • Damage caused by overloading the bag beyond its intended capacity
  • Loss, theft, or intentional damage

3. Warranty Claims

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team within the warranty period.

To help us review your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the defect

4. Resolution Options

After reviewing your claim, Kryvexoren may, at its discretion:

  • Provide a replacement product
  • Issue a partial or full refund
  • Offer store credit
  • Provide an alternative resolution where appropriate

5. Processing Time

Warranty claims are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days after all required information has been received.

If a replacement, refund, or store credit is approved, we will provide further instructions via email.

6. Limitation of Warranty

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and applies only to products purchased directly from Kryvexoren. The warranty does not extend beyond the remedies expressly stated in this policy.
